The Beach Rehab treatment program provides you with a truly holistic experience that is both enlivening and sustainable as you proceed along your individualized path to recovery. Our weekly treatment schedule combines a number of body-based modalities including:
 
Mindfulness meditation, Yoga, Trauma Release Exercises, Therapeutic techniques, Physical activities such as Muay Thai and Sea-kayaking.
